Control our citizens' property taxes from increasing by bringing alternative revenue streams such as increasing our sales tax 1/4%

Legislation to bring an Industrial Development Agency (IDA) to White Plains

Advertising on public property

On-Street permit parking for downtown residents

Grant writers will be provided for each department as needed

Economic Development

Promote job creation through downtown construction and development

Business Improvement District

Explore expansion of BID based upon the common interested of landlords and tenants.

Transparency

Weekly press conferences with mayor and commissioners

Town Hall meetings monthly - each month in a different neighborhood

Monthly meetings with trade and municipal unions

All phone calls, letters and e-mails will be answered in a timely fashion

"Citizens to be Heard", which Glen sponsored, will be televised

Overcrowded Housing

Enforcement will take place for safety purposes, but no individual will be displaced.  Places to live for these people will be found.

Affordable Housing

Senior Housing downtown

Transitional housing for high school and college graduates

Work Force housing will be a priority
